Singapore’s government organization, the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR), is providing a fully funded A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship for 2025. International and Singaporean citizens alike are eligible to apply for the Singapore A STAR ACIS scholarship program. Final-year undergraduate students are also eligible to apply. Applicants who want to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) fields are targeted by the A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship (ACIS).
One advantage of the A STAR Scholarships is that a master’s degree is not required. Those with a bachelor’s degree can apply straight away for the PhD Scholarships. The Singapore A STAR offers numerous fully supported scholarships, including the SINGA Scholarship, the International Pre-Graduate Award, and the Graduate Scholarship. Eligibility Criteria

Non-Singaporeans must have completed a degree or are on track to complete a degree.
Have obtained at least a 2nd Upper-Class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Having a strong interest in the CIS area.
Dedication to Service
A three-year service commitment is required. Non-locals are required to work in any Singaporean-based enterprise linked to CIS fields for three years.
