KU Global Leader Scholarship is offered by Korea University for International applicants. International Students can apply for this scholarship when they apply for Korean University Admission if they meet the conditions below.
Eligibility criteria for the KU Global Leader Scholarship include:
- Open to international applicants.
- Cumulative GPA from the previous (latest) school must be 4.0 or higher (out of 4.5), 3.83 or higher (out of 4.3), 3.57 or higher (out of 4.0), or 90 or higher (out of 100).
- TOEFL (iBT) score of 90 or higher (My Best Score accepted), new TEPS score of 386 or higher, Academic IELTS score of 7.0 or higher, or TOPIK level 6.
- Recommendation from the department and permission from the Dean of the KU Graduate School.
- TOEFL Home Edition and IELTS Home Test (Indicator) are not acceptable.
- The scholarship cannot be awarded in conjunction with other scholarships such as the Global Korea Scholarship or Foundation Scholarship.
- The admission and scholarship awards evaluations will be conducted automatically and simultaneously. Individual contact with the department for recommendations is not required.
