Objectives:
Under the close supervision of the Health Center Superintendent, is responsible for a systematic and accurate vaccination process, providing health education to patients related to EPI activities. Vaccination and client registration
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of chain of custody system according to UNICEF protocols.
- Conduct vaccination activities in accordance with the catalog immunization records.
- Determining the appropriate vaccine and the appropriate dose for each client
- Doxycycline per protocol
- Placement of equipment in proper place
- Catalway Immunization Program Doxin Card Filling for Women and Children.
- Completing the Catalog Immunization Program Doxin Registry.
- Doxine has given information on reactions after administration
- As a vaccine provider, will fill a few syringes at a time, following a strict protocol for labeling and handling the prepared syringes.
- The child is responsible for entering the dalat number and other important information on the doxycycline card
- Educate the client, family and community and advise them about vaccines

Job Requirements:
Employment Conditions :
- At least 12th standard graduate/Nursing certificate holder is preferred.
- Have two years of experience in the field of vaccines
