- Conduct program awareness community meetings at the beginning of the project in targeted communities
Organize community public meetings and facilitate the selection of the Committee members in district levels and support them in fulfilling their duties - Manage and uphold the implementation of WYFAO policies including a Code of conduct, Child Protection, PSEA and anti-fraud policies
- Conduct regular community meetings in the project-targeted communities
- Conduct monitoring activities data collection and reporting
- Develop weekly updates and monthly reports on community mobilization activities
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and report to the project manager
- Identify and report any challenges/problems to the project manager and present solutions.
- Monitor the attendance of the trainees and report absenteeism.
Any other duties as directed by the Project Manager - Support CDCs to establish Bank Accounts or sub-accounts
- Support CDCs in creating community profiles
- Facilitate participatory tools to feed into planning and support CDCs in creating participatory and pro-poor and inclusive Community Development Plans
- encourage and ensure consultation and participation in meetings and development activities by the poorest households (women who are heads of their households families headed by disabled persons and other vulnerable groups)
- Support Sub-Committees to perform their roles and responsibilities and assist them in self-evaluations
- Build Capacity of CDCs GA Business Guzar and all sub-committees to perform their roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate interest and self-help groups in communities with a focus on poor men and women and marginalized and excluded groups
- Facilitate and support Community-Led Total Sanitation
- Report misalignments in terms of CBE implementation (corruption/collusion / theft/misbehavior
- Assess the training needs of the CDCs and sub-committees in mid-stream and adjust refresher training
- Any duties assigned by the line supervisor

Experience in Community Development Projects
Minimum of one year of relevant NGO experience at national level is required
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with target communities and project team
