Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and smart candidate to fill the vacant position within our Organization, the incumbent will carry the overall responsibility of managing day to day finance and accounting activities, and will generate daily required financial statements to be presented to management, familiarity with core principle of finance and accounting core principles is must, meanwhile having enough experience using quick book is the key factor with this position, experience within similar segment is an asset.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of finance and accounting policy and procedures
- Managing day to day cash base transactions with relevant sales operation team.
- Organizing and maintaining all financial transactions records in hard and soft.
- Data entry to Quick book software everyday
- Generating financial reports daily
- Managing the daily expenses
- Follow up with sales and operation team for accounting receivables
- Weekly reconciliations with customers and vendors
- Processing payrolls
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
- BBA Graduate, Finance Specialization
- 3 Years of professional experience with business companies
- Full Computer literacy
- Professional quick book knowledge
