The IRC opened the country program in Afghanistan in 1988. Job Description:
- Employs strong USAID CLA practices tailored to the Program Cycle stages.
- Leads development and implementation of a learning agenda.
- Establish, facilitate, and grow collaborative relationships and dialogue between USAID/Afghanistan stakeholders, to include implementing partners and local government stakeholders.
- Lead data-driven “pause and reflect” meetings with AQBE partners, in coordination with MERL Director and Senior M&E Manager.
- Lead identification of “entry points” for the CLA cycle into AQBE programming.
- Lead the identification of CLA tools and techniques to enhance the AQBE project cycle.
- Conduct surveys for lessons learned workshop and generate report on the lessons learned.
- Support partner organization in conducting lessons learned workshop and reporting.
- In consultation with the MERL Director and Senior M&E Manager, perform analysis of indicator trends to inform learning.
- In consultation with the MERL Director and Senior M&E Manager support visualization of knowledge products
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of CLA (Collaborating, Learning, Adapting) in project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree is preferable in research.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Pashto, Dari.
- Wiling to travel and conduct partner visits.
