Job Summary:

Sales Agent Enterprise Sales – Ghazni with Etisalat Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Customer Services

a)      Acting as the main point of contact for Customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

b)     Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers

c)      Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively

d)     Handling any customer escalations or issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained

Sales (Gross Adds):

e)     Monitoring customer usage and behavior to proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and  services

f)       Prospecting and identifying potential customers

g)      Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by EA.

Revenue

h)     Develop and maintain relationships with existing Customers to maximize revenue opportunities

i)      Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue from existing customers

Postpaid

j)       Observing and managing the collection process for postpaid services, ensuring all payments are collected on time

k)      Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Churn

l)       Proactively isolating and addressing the needs and concerns of clients to prevent churn

m)   Conduct regular account assessments with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify areas for enhancement to reduce churn.

Digital  Service

n)     Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of digital products/services

o)     Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay competitive in the market

Job Requirements

High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
