Job Description:

The Incumbent is Sales Agent-Direct Sale for Etisalat Afghanistan. He/she will be required to carry out the duties of the position honestly, eagerly and with commitment.

The duties include but are not limited to greet and direct customers, and attending required training both by Etisalat Afghanistan and HPL, committed to promote products and services of Etisalat Afghanistan. He/she should be present in the office on time and provide service as mentioned. He/she will report to EA headquarters if instructed by supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for proper greeting and welcoming direct sales customers in Etisalat sales points.
  • Provides accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
  • Provide proper answers to customers’ queries about Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
  • Conducts price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing for prospective customers.
  • Responsible for cross-selling & up-selling Etisalat Afghanistan products & services.
  • Manages returns of stock without variance to supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Inform customers about Etisalat Afghanistan product discounts and special offers.
  • Responsible to gauge customer feedback and share with the line supervisor.
  • Ensures be updated about Etisalat Afghanistan’s new products/services.
  • Responsible for achieving the Individual and assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Any other assigned tasks by the line supervisor.

Additional Activities if Individual is assigned in flagship:

  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing for customers
  • Cross-sell products
  • Up-sell services
  • Manage returns of stock without variance to supervisor
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the flagship supervisor
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Achieving Individual sales and revenue targets

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: baccalaureate degree and higher will be preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant in Sales, customer service field preferred
  • Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and communication knowledge in English
  • Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Cooperative and team-working skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Being flexible regarding working hours.
  • Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
