Job Summary
- Managing the workflow of the facility department in the region by creating team schedules, and delegating tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure effective employee relations, and create an ethical, non-discriminatory, and safe work environment.
- Responsible for repair & maintenance of AWCC equipment.
- Provide positive and strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring for subordinate employees to monitor performance and results.
- Prepare operating statistics and cost control for all facility department materials purchased based on plans developed for maintenance and repair work, including minor and new construction, alteration projects, replacement of existing equipment, and procurement and installation of additional equipment.
- Supervise the efficient flow of maintenance and repair work orders through work facilities.
- Process the regional employees’ Domestic Business Travel Allowance (Per-Diem).
- Check and inspect the regional offices, hub sites, and brand shops from the facility point of view (Good chairs, good tables, good Water dispenser), check all sites’ premises, and resolve the technical issues timely.
- Check the staff food distribution process and the main kitchen hygiene daily.
- Check the regional facility staff uniforms and areas to be cleaned all the time.
- Cost Control the procuring of the facility section during procuring.
- Supervise employees over time and process it accordingly.
- Ensure that the facility employees come on time.
- Assist the other departments and support their task if the task is related to the facility department.
- Other duties and tasks will be assigned by the Regional Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Good communication skills.
