Job Summary
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply basic information regarding the bank to the visitors, clients and customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend and receive visitors at the reception desk.
- Direct and guide visitors to correct destination in the bank.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Deal with queries’ from the visitors.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries at the reception desk.
- Maintain visitors’ appointment /visit either manually or electronically.
- Keep and maintain the reception area professional organized and neat.
Job Requirements
- High school graduated.
- At least 1 year experience.
- Proper knowledge of English and local languages.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to work with computer.
- Knowledge of customer Service principle and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional behavior and being polite.
- Customer Service orientation.
- Professional personal presentation and layout.
