General Objective:
The primary objective of this project is to address the promotion of sustainable licit livelihoods, youth vocational and natural resource management; psychosocial, peace education, community-based agriculture, and economic development programs. The program will work to strengthen the IDPs, Returnees and host community at center Herat, and Badghis center throughout support of community stakeholders GIROA related sectors in the project cycle.

1: Assist the agriculture team regard of selection beneficiaries.
2: Develop monthly lesson plans and submit to the project agriculture expert.
3: Prepare the monthly attendance sheet of participants and fill it daily.
4: Implement the Pre-Test and Post-Tests process and analyzing the results.
5: Conduct the daily training sessions of Poultry farming for participants.
6: Daily evaluate the participants performances.
7: Create training manual and training chapter.
8: Prepare learning materials for each class.
9: Knowing the different methods of teaching.
10: Other related tasks by project agriculture expert.
Job Requirements:
Graduated from High School /animal science/ faculty veterinary or institute of veterinary.
Having at least two of experiences in the relevant section.
Having strong skills in facilitation and managing the training.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Have strong knowledge from the community.
Fluency in speaking Dari, good Pashto and be familiar with English language.
