We need a General Manager for Jawad Online University who will oversee and manage Jawad University’s overall activities.

1. Enrollment Management:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrolment targets, considering diversity and academic program growth.
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with university policies.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align enrolment strategies with program offerings and student demand.

2. Student Relations:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students
• Implement customer service standards to enhance the overall experience of students.
• Address and resolve concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

3. Student Support Services:

• Lead the development and enhancement of comprehensive student support services, including counseling, academic advising, and career services.
• Implement initiatives to foster a positive campus culture and support the well-being of students.
• Work closely with relevant departments to address and improve student retention rates.

4. Teachers Management:

• Supervise and support academic staff, ensuring effective teaching methodologies and adherence to curriculum standards.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance teaching and research capabilities.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to address faculty concerns and maintain a positive teaching environment.

5. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of the university’s strategic plan, particularly in areas related to student enrollment and academic excellence.
• Provide input on resource allocation, facilities planning, and technology integration to support the university’s overall mission.

6. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

• Stay informed about relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in higher education.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, legal requirements, and accreditation standards related to student affairs and academic management.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics to assess enrollment trends, student outcomes, and other key performance indicators.
• Generate reports for university leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
