Job Description:
The Future Skills Hub trainings, funded by the World Food Program (WFP) and will be implemented by Rupani Foundation (RF) is focusing on young graduates (both male and female) who are interested in acquiring new skills, utilizing technologies to become entrepreneurs, and starting their own businesses to diversify their livelihoods. These trainings will assist young graduates in developing a portfolio career with multiple sources of income. The trainings will aim to provide future skill sets needed for occupations that will thrive.
Note: This training program focuses on people vulnerable to food insecurity, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, returnees, and host communities facing economic and social challenges.

Job Requirements:
- Those who have Food Insecurity
- Those who are particularly vulnerable to food insecurity, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, returnees, and host communities facing economic and social challenges
- Those who have members in their family with malnourished or at risk of malnutrition
- Those with limited or no income sources are often prioritized, as they may struggle to purchase food even if it is available in the market
- Those with Female head Households
- Those with health conditions that affect their ability to access and consume an adequate diet may be prioritized
- From the communities affected by conflict, as well as those who have been forcibly displaced, are often prioritized due to their increased vulnerability
- Those who have computer knowledge (Graduates/Students from Computer sciences are in priority)
- Age: 18 – 40
- Education: Relevant education and knowledge of the English and Computer
- Location: Those who are currently residing in Kabul
- Program Duration: 6 Months
