Job Summary
Job Summary: Collection of all revenue invoices and demands, arrangement of expenditure documents, timely and timely clearance of accounts with the center, coordination of revenue and expenditure reports and related activities with the center.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Arrangement of all expenditure documents related to the zone for the purpose of payment of expenses.
2. Deliver monthly revenue invoices to clients.
3. Collaborate in collection of receivables and revenue and timely settlement of accounts with all customers.
4. Collaborate in preparing monthly reports for the purpose of recording invoices and revenue in the financial system.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual income and expenditure reports.
6. Arrangement of credit transfer documents of line services.
7. Compile and maintain contract report of all active clients.
8. Collaborating in the preparation of all customer’s demand and loan report.
9. Preparation of employee travel documents.
10. Performing other duties assigned by the competent commander.
Job Requirements
Higher education : At least a bachelor’s degree in (economics, administration and trade, management, finance and other related) sciences.
Work experience: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (2) years of work experience.
Other Skills :
· Having full competence in one of the national languages (Pashto/Dari) and familiarity with the English language.
· Have full computer programming skills. (Ms. Office, Windows Family, QuickBooks, Network)
