Afghan Health and Development Services (AHDS) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, and non-political organization founded by Afghans on April 7th, 1990.  AHDS is an active member of the Afghan NGOs Coordination Bureau (ANCB), the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR), and the Alliance of Health Organizations (AHO). AHDS is one of the first signatories of the Codes of Conduct for NGOs engaged in humanitarian action, reconstruction, and development in Afghanistan.

The main office: AHDS is registered as a national NGO with the Ministry of Economy – Afghanistan. The registration number (5) was renewed on 25 Aug 2005 (old number 219 on 18 Nov 1999). Its TIN is 100 005 5 010.

• My duties and responsibilities:
• The person in charge of storing and maintaining vaccines and other vaccine equipment according to the guidelines.
• Maintaining the cold chain of vaccines and arranging the work plan for the fixed vaccine center, outreach and mobile according to the guidelines.
• Adaptation of vaccination sessions according to the prepared time division.  
• Follow-up of children and mothers absent from the program.
• In case of complications from the refrigerator, take urgent action to store the vaccine in the cold box and inform the officials.
• Preparation and presentation of health education sessions about the immunity program, diarrhea, respiratory diseases and nutrition to the clients.
• Collecting and consolidating the report of the vaccine team’s activities and sending it to the relevant department on a monthly basis.
• Active participation in national vaccination days inside the health center.
• Preparing a map of the area related to the target groups of age and gender.
• Preparing a request list for vaccines and other vaccine systems and sending it to the relevant department.
• The female vaccinator is only responsible for the fax.  
• Consider and apply these standards of knowledge regarding infection prevention
• The execution of all the official affairs of Greece is required by the officials. 

Summary or purpose of the task :      

Applying the exemption program in the covered area for the target population.

Necessary qualifications :

1. Afghan nationality and graduate of grade 12.
2. At least one year of work experience in the vaccine department
3. The 21-day course has been exempted from catalog
4.  Fluency in Pashto and Dari languages ​​(related to the field)
5. have sufficient skills in clinical work
