Introduction: Community Development and Environmental Protection Organization (CDEPO) is a dedicated non-governmental and nonprofit organization committed to addressing the urgent needs of the people of Afghanistan. Established in 2012 by a group of educated, dynamic, and like-minded individuals working in the humanitarian and development sectors, CDEPO operates with a prime focus on rural rehabilitation, capacity building, agriculture, health, education, vocational training, and gender services. Our goal is to foster a peaceful, environmentally sustainable, and prosperous Afghanistan, while ensuring service delivery to the deprived and marginalized segments of society.

1. Develop Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for computer software applications and hardware fundamentals.
2. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate interactive training sessions to educate participants on various computer software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
3. Hands-on Practice: Provide hands-on practice and demonstrations to ensure participants gain practical experience in utilizing computer software applications and understanding hardware components.
4. Customize Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ensuring maximum learning outcomes.
5. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants’ progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
6. Technical Support: Offer technical support and assistance to participants to troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues during training sessions.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and training materials.
8. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in computer software applications and hardware technology to continually enhance training programs.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Computer Software Application Trainer and/or Hardware Application Trainer.
3. In-depth knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
4. Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills.
6. Ability to tailor training programs to diverse audiences.
7. Experience in developing training materials and modules.
8. Certification in relevant software applications and hardware components is an advantage.
