• Records official document logs and queried numbers in the system.

• Shares the requested Call Detail Record (CDR), SAF, Location, and other required information to government entities.

• Receives all incoming letters/correspondence requests from relevant stakeholders.

• Records all incoming and outgoing letters in the relevant logbooks.

• Achieves all documents within the department

• Maintains good coordination and follow-up with related Afghanistan Government entities for completion of given projects and tasks.

• Prepares the daily, weekly, monthly, and other reports of archived documents or as assigned by line Supervisor/Manager

• Responsible for writing reports and documentation as required by the line manager.

• Performs day-to-day tasks and administrative work of the department.

• Be able to work on different shifts in emergencies & holidays if and when required.

High School graduate with one year of relevant experience
