About Ghalib Hospital _ Kabul:

Ghalib Healing Hospital was established in Kabul city in 2017. Ghalib Hospital is ready to provide health services for our dear compatriots in the departments of general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, general internal medicine, pediatric internal medicine and stomatology departments. Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities of the hospital secretary (one day shift position)

Arranging and planning meetings of the hospital directorate;

Regulation and coordination of hospital assemblies and councils;

Preparation and arrangement of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan, in order to achieve the strategic goals of the hospital;

Leading the meetings of the hospital management team according to the procedure to improve the daily activities of the hospital;

Identifying and proposing budget requirements based on the work plan of the hospital directorate;

Ensuring healthy management, recruitment, encouragement, persuasion, training and development of employees, for better implementation of affairs according to the set criteria;

Ensuring the establishment and effective operation of various hospital committees and boards;

Cooperate in evaluating the performance of employees under the influence, in order to create ideas for improving performance, increasing work efficiency and effectiveness, determining training needs and increasing capacity improvement;

Observing and ensuring the implementation of the law on administrative procedures and the regulation of conduct in the relevant work area;

Arranging monthly, quarterly, annual reports and when necessary for the ministry officials in order to inform about the progress of the activities and achievements of the relevant departments;

Implementation of other duties related to the duty assigned by the relevant commander in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the relevant department;

The duties and responsibilities of the reception and information clerk (one day shift position and one night shift position)
providing information about the hospital and specialist staff, as well as introducing the different departments of the hospital,
speaking and guiding patients with a respectful tone and appropriate words,
good character and high public relations for Communicate with clients and staff,
answer patients’ and patients’ questions patiently and patiently,
get information about the presence or absence of doctors, nurses, and other professional staff in the hospital,
help the patient explain his current condition,
guide and refer to the relevant departments according to The patient’s story
, registration and registration of patients in the special registration book,
registration of patients’ details in the register book, upon admission,
registration of identity details, address and contact number of the person bringing or accompanying the patient,
registration of the details and address of the patient’s dispatcher,
cooperation with the team of nurses and doctors,
determining the time and turn of patients for
priorityGiving to urgent patients if the patient’s condition is critical,
obtaining information about the arrival of patients in coordination with the nurses who are admitted to the hospital,
arranging files for hospitalized patients,
communicating with the authorities and teams of doctors and nurses to start the process of treating patients,
to better guide the nurses, to obtain information. Sufficient for hospitalized patients, it is necessary for the nursing management
to answer the phone calls of patients and nurses and answer their questions.
Establishing contact with Ankal doctors, if necessary,
issuing cash bills by departments for payment to the hospital’s accounting.
Coordination to adjust the amount of the bills. Issued by the directorate of the hospital,
registering patient information and numbering the files in the computer,
registering the complaints of patients and patients and reflecting it to the relevant authorities and following it up,
carrying out the tasks entrusted by the authorities,
maintaining the secrets of the administration,
observing all the materials, including the duties and responsibilities of the employees of Ghalib Medical Hospital.

  Duties and responsibilities of cleaners (5 female positions and 8 male positions) in day and night shifts – having education is not mandatory,
cleaning, cleaning the service rooms and corridors, all related rooms and departments before the start of the official time,
arranging all the supplies on the table employees and their documents
to observe their cleanliness and administration and cleanliness of classrooms, hallways and toilets,
to maintain the equipment that is in his possession,
after the discharge of patients, students and employees of all branches, to check that the air conditioner, heater, water faucet and other equipment are not turned on
Attention and attention to the suspicious activities of people in the work area and urgent notification of it to the authorities,
locking the relevant rooms after the release of people,
restricting attendance and showing up on time,
collecting and moving all waste from the rooms and corridors, cleaning
and disinfecting the rooms, toilets and hallways,
timely and regular distribution of food for patients and servants, service of
cooperation in cleaning and service matters, hospital services,
collection and transfer of hospital clothes to Dubai, washing and cleaning of clothes , cleaning and disinfecting
of houses and services as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Employment conditions (level of education and work experience)

Having at least a bachelor’s degree

At least two years of work experience in the relevant department
