About Malan Ideal Impact:
Malan Ideal Impact (Malan) is a local Afghan research and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) consultancy, registered with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Our expertise is in research, MEL, and data collection in both development and humanitarian sectors. Malan has emerged through vast ground experiences with aid actors, including USAID, DFAT, World Bank, UN agencies, bilateral donors, and other international NGOs. We provide research, TPM, MEL framework development and implementation, evaluations and reviews, data collection and analysis, and capacity building services.
Currently, Malan operates in all 31 provinces of Afghanistan, supported by a team of over 200 skilled enumerators and a main office in Kabul. Malan’s local presence in Afghanistan, comprehensive geographical coverage, value-based approach, technical rigor, use of modern technology, diverse team and access to qualified enumerators and a pool of national and international consultants position us to effectively deliver quality data collection and MEL services tailored to the requirements of each project. We demonstrate capabilities in delivering research and MEL services in Afghanistan, extensive geographic experience with a range of organizations, established relationships with district, provincial and national stakeholders and a sound knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing research studies, MEL frameworks, evaluations and reviews, data collection and data analysis, and capacity building from which we draw.
Malan seeks to expand its team of qualified male and female enumerators with experience monitoring humanitarian and development portfolios. We are looking to recruit four (4) surveyors/enumerators across all 34 provinces of Afghanistan: Badakhshan, Badghis, Baghlan, Balkh, Bamyan, Daykundi, Farah, Faryab, Ghazni, Ghor, Helmand, Herat, Jawzjan, Kabul, Kandahar, Kapisa, Khost, Kunar, Kunduz, Laghman, Logar, Nangarhar, Nimroz, Nuristan, Paktika, Paktiya, Panjshir, Parwan, Samangan, Sar-e Pul, Takhar, Uruzgan, Wardak, and Zabul.
