• Conduct regular inspections and servicing of all Air Conditioners, Water Dispensers, Refrigerators, and Cooling Coolers.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including parts replacements and repairs.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external service providers for major repairs
• Repair or replace defective parts, including compressors, motors, and valves.
• Test system performance after repairs to ensure proper functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with thermostat settings, airflow, and system control
• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Technicians should inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment
• Connect power supply and test functionality of new systems
• Maintain and keep records, and provide personal bookkeeping services
• Ensure the timely procurement of required materials and manage the inventory efficiently
• Update the inventory (Air Conditioners, Water Dispensers, Refrigerators and Cooling Coolers) record on a monthly basis
• Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling hazardous materials, such as refrigerants
• Wear protective gear and ensure a safe working environment
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Education: A baccalaureate degree is required and a Completion of a vocational/technical program in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) degree from a technical college will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in a similar position in a national or international NGO.
• Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring
• Proficiency in the use of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) tools and test equipment
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Cooperative and team-working skills
• Being flexible regarding working hours.
• Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
