Job Summary

To manage and oversee the activities of the CCTV system and equipment efficiently and effectively in accordance with bank’s CCTV policy and procedures. To provide overall operations and monitoring of CCTV systems & Control Room to help in maintaining secure and safe environment in the bank. To ensure the safety and security of people and properties of the bank within and outside areas via recording and surveillance of the CCTV network.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor all system within the control room in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance within CCTV operating policy and procedures.
2. Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations set up by the bank, and ensure the security of the CCTV Dept is maintained all the times.
3. Oversee the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in CCTV control room.
4. Monitor CCTV cameras to provide shift cover/additional support when operationally necessary (e.g. busy times, staff absence, suspicious behavior/activity).
5. Maintain close and strict contact with bank’s Security Department and inform them immediately about any suspicious behavior/activity of any person within or outside the bank premises.
6. Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
7. Operate a range of remote call monitoring alarm and communication facilities contained within the control room.
8. Continuously introduction of new and enhanced CCTV system technology for the bank.
9. Ensure the CCTV personnel and CCTV control room is managed and that technical equipment there and elsewhere are properly maintained.
10. Ensure that maintenance, repair and supply are done on time and in a proficient manner.
11. Manage the CCTV system network, IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, Whatsapp Gold, Graph Mode and related devises and equipment for the bank.
12. Ensure for encryption of all CCTV system passwords and keep those password secured and confidential.
13. Looks after that the tapes/discs or recorded data of any case are stored securely.
14. Ensure secured, restricted and professional environment of the control room.
15. Manage and check all CCTV log books such as: visitors log, main branch maintenance log book and branches log book.
16. Other assigned duties as may be determined by the Executive Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related technical fields, Master degree will be preferred.
• 5 years related experience in CCTV related job.
• Being a professional person who is able to keep confidential data from leakage.
• Good communication skill in local as well as English languages.
• Considerable knowledge of CCTV systems and equipment.
• Good aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, management and other parties.
• Being a professional, well-groomed and disciplined person.
