Job Summary
Senior Sales Assistant with Etisalat Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify and map potential customers within targeted geographic areas, providing valuable insights to the sales team for strategic outreach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the ISP sales team to actively pursue Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects, with a focus on increasing the number of clusters and expanding our network coverage.
• Manage the collection of payments from ISP customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with ISP customers and relevant authorities to ensure the proper collection and remittance of withholding taxes (WHT).
• Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), as well as proactively searching for new opportunities to submit proposals.
• Communicate and escalate any ISP customer account issues or concerns to ATRA and concern stakeholders.
• Preparing ISP contracts, amendments and memos.
• Archiving the ISP department’s contracts and documents.
• Support line manager in reporting of discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly and weekly ISP reports.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales or customer service support in the ISP industry.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM/SFA software.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
