Job Summary

Setaragan Mutahed is hiring Sales Agents.

Duties & Responsibilities
Quality SIM Sales and registration.
Convince the customers for packages activation (DRM).
Convince the customers for Using e-Top up for new SIMs.
Responsible of Registrations and Re-registrations of sim cards for the customers.
Daily /Weekly & monthly report of all activates.
Selling sim cards as per its price.
Solve Customers Problems and complains.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Good knowledge about the Telecommunication Companies Services and products.
Self-motivated.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of market data analysis.
Good Dari, Pashto and English/ skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
Be patient.

Educational Background:

At least 12th Grade Certificate (Fresh Graduate).

Experience:

Experience in Sales will be plus point.
