• Assist in the preparation and detailed analysis of cost reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided for decision-making.

• Maintain and regularly update costing records and databases to reflect current financial data.

• Work closely with various departments to gather and verify cost data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting.

• Support the development and implementation of effective cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.

• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive business cases, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to extract and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights for management.

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, assisting in the development of accurate financial projections.

• Aid in the preparation of financial evaluations for bid comparisons during procurement committees, ensuring thorough and objective analysis.

• Provide support to the costing team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

High School graduate with one year of relevant experience.
