Fully financed scholarships are available from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for study abroad in Germany at the Small Enterprise Promotion and Training-SEPT MBA program. The two-year, four-semester SEPT MBA program offers practical experience, application-oriented research findings, and academic knowledge related to the development, management, and promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The study program will be carried out by students from Leipzig University in Germany. The SEPT MBA will be taught by full-time university residents as well as guest professors, specialists, and consultants in small- and medium-sized business growth.
To apply for Leipzig University’s SEPT MBA program, candidates must have a 4-year university degree (180 ECT) and at least two years of practical experience in SME promotion and training. Candidates who are able to pay for themselves may offer internships and cooperative education as job experience.

Benefits of the DAAD Scholarship for SEPT MBA

- About EUR 861 per month to fulfil the requirements for getting a visa and residence permit as a student (including health insurance)
- Blocked bank account of EUR 11.332 per academic year (2 semesters)
Conditions for the SEPT MBA DAAD Scholarship
Candidates must fulfill the subsequent requirements for admission:
possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 180 ECTS or its equivalent.a minimum of two years of experience working in training and promoting SMEsFor English undergraduate programs, an English language proficiency letter, an IELTS academic minimum score of 0 overall band, or a TOEFL IBT score of at least 78 are acceptable.

Tests like the IELTS General Training, TOEFL ITP, and TOEFL TOEIC are not accepted.The university code, 6976, is used to send the ETS’s TOEFL score report to SEPT.Indian candidates with a bachelor’s degree lasting three years must earn the required minimum grade: A grade of at least 3.00 or a first class 60% and above OR an A = Very Good and aboveApplicants who are Chinese or Vietnamese must have an APS-Certificate.
