Task summary:

Responsibilities and duties:
- Participation in the educational training of survey methods and the use of questionnaires
- Applying the questionnaire in the field as a test and providing ideas to improve the questionnaire
- Collecting information according to the method and method of surveying projects and programs in Khost province, districts of Khost province, and working closely with field employees of projects.
- Cooperation with the monitoring and evaluation department in explaining the collected figures and information to ensure the correctness and completeness of the collected figures.
- Re-reviewing the collected information for accuracy, relevance and complementarity.
- Filing the collected information and handing it over to the group leader on time.
- Other duties required by the monitoring and evaluation department that will be related to this position.

Job Requirements:
Requirements :
Education: At least 12th grade, having university graduation certificate will be an advantage.
Work experience: At least one year of work experience in community mobilization or survey with one of the national or international organizations.
Skills: having good training skills, excellent communication skills (understanding) in national languages
Languages: Complete mastery in writing and speaking in Pashto and Dari languages.
General: interest in duty, lack of bias, punctuality, ability to travel to rural and remote areas.
Working conditions: Kiir’s field office in Khost province will be the main place of duty with frequent and regular trips to the designated areas for survey and dialogue with the target groups.
Travel required: 95% of working time is in the field.
