ASLO is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profit, and non-partisan organization and has the status of a legal entity. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.

The Community Mobilizer will implement the value chain activity to better implement the related value chain in the project.

The Community Mobilizers are responsible for surveys, identification of the beneficiaries, facilitating distribution, and conducting DRR Training consulting prerequisite activities to reduce disaster risks.

and have experience in (DRR) and livelihood projects.

The community mobilizers are responsible for beneficiary identification, screening, and selection through the KOBO and given questionnaires.

He is responsible for ensuring that beneficiary complaint and response mechanisms are fully implemented during the project life cycle and ensuring safeguarding as appropriate.

Implement the project activities and ensure the safe delivery of the activities as per the project implementation plan.

He is to do the beneficiary selection and help develop smooth coordination with other project personnel.

• Two years of experience in similar projects with preferably two years in the NGO sector
• Technical and practical competence in humanitarian response projects, surveys, research projects, Assessments, Beneficiary Selection, emergency response programs, Vulnerability certificates, and related activities.
• Experience in managing tough clients, during face-to-face surveys and interviews.
• Proven experience in survey and data reporting and KOBO.
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Prior experience with humanitarian clusters, relevant UN agencies, or local and international NGOs.
• Structured, well organized and self-driven
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build other people’s capacity
• Culture and conflict sensitive
