Job Description:
- Summary of Key Functions
Supervision of skilled and unskilled laborers, Supporting Engineers in monitoring, reporting, and other technical issues. Collaborate with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.

Field supervisor, Deputy Project manager, and CARE internal departments,
Duty Locations:
Herat Province (regular visit to Zindajan, Kushk rabat sangi and Ghoryan Districts)
KEY RESULT EXPECTED
- Supervision of skilled and unskilled laborers,
- Supporting Engineer in monitoring, reporting, and other technical issues.
- Understand and carry out all tasks given by the Senior Engineer.
- Collaborate with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
- Ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and schedule maintenance or repairs.
- Assist different staff or engineering teams.
- Inspect inventory and report inconsistencies as well as order more materials.
- Produce CAD drawings according to specifications.
- Evaluate all products and processes and ensure standardization of quality assurance measures.
- Participate in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment as required.
- A completed apprenticeship or similar experience is recommended.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Practical experience using CAD software is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others.
- Other duties that were handed over by the supervisor were managed and the intended results were produced

- COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Problem Solving: Probes all fruitful sources for answers is excellent at honest analysis looks beyond the obvious doesn’t stop at the first answers can see hidden problems, and uses rigorous logic and methods to solve different problems with effective solutions.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or 14 grade from Engineering faculty or institutes.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant NGO experience
- REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Having professional knowledge and skill.
- Effective reading, writing, and interpretation communication skills.
