The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is an operational arm of the United Nations, supporting the implementation of its partners’ peacebuilding, humanitarian and development projects around the world. UNOPS provides project management, procurement, human resources, financial management, and other services to help governments, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, and other partners achieve their development goals. Established in 1973, UNOPS operates in over 80 countries, with its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Its focus is on sustainable implementation practices and contributing to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
